Communication Policy

To maintain effective and professional communication, SARL has established the following guidelines:

1. Official Medium of Communication:

• SARL will not entertain any calls or voice notes (VNs) through WhatsApp.

• Parents who need to call may contact the school through the official service provider number.

• For written communication, parents must use the official email: info@sarlsc.org

2. Response Time:

• All email queries will be responded to within two working days.

3. Communication with Teachers:

• Teachers are not available via WhatsApp, calls, or messages.

• Parents may meet teachers in person only, strictly through prior appointment booked via the school office.
